Peter Brogan, Esq. is Chief Counsel of Judicial Title Insurance. In 1971, he graduated from Iona College where he received a B.A. in Classical Language and History. Peter received a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1976.

He began his career in title insurance with The Title Guarantee Company in 1977 and has spent over 30 years developing his expertise in title matters.

Peter presents courses for Judicial’s in-house closers and has produced numerous CLE lectures, including Co-Op Transactions, Title Insurance, Powers of Appointment and RESPA compliance. In addition, he is director of the Judicial Legal Education Institute, which offers 25 real estate courses each year, geared to real estate professionals and their office staffs.

Peter has completed his first book entitled “Brogan on The Residential Real Estate Contract and New York Title Closings.” Other publications include “1031 Exchanges, Safe Harbor or Shipwreck”, “Caring for the Elderly, the Use of Special Powers of Appointment”, and a “Manual for Low Income Co-op Conversions.”

Peter is an active member of the New York State Land Title Association and is passionately involved in lobbying for that organization.


Angelo DelliCarpini, Esq. received a B.A. from Fordham University in 1993 and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1997. He started his law career with Tognini & Grossbarth, LLP, concentrating in the field of real estate. His duties included drafting contracts of sale, attending closings, reviewing title insurance, and drafting closing documents. In February of 2000, Angelo joined the law office of Jon B. Felice as an associate, concentrating in the areas of real estate transactions, landlord-tenant and foreclosure. He was managing associate in the firm’s closing department representing lenders, purchasers and sellers. He negotiated and reviewed contracts of sale. Angelo also reviewed title binders and represented lenders in connection with financing and refinancing of cooperatives, condominiums and residential properties.


Sheldon Goldklang is a senior member of Judicial Title’s in-house closing staff. In 1970, he received a B.S. from Rider University where he majored in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. He received a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law 1973.

Sheldon began a general private practice in Westchester County, concentrating on real estate matters for builders and private homeowners. In 1996, he joined the staff of Judicial Title. Since then, he has developed an expertise in representing the clients of Judicial Title at commercial closings including private transactional matters and NYC HPD closings. His particular strengths are in the areas of complex commercial mortgage financing. Sheldon possesses an acute understanding of the myriad details involved with housing and building regulations of New York City.


Russell Giorno, Esq. received a B.A. from Binghamton University in 1991 and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1994. He began his legal career with the law firm of Gioffre & Gioffre Professional Corporation concentrating in the areas of real estate and zoning and land use. He has represented developers, businesses, and homeowners in all facets of the land use review and approval process and has assisted in the drafting of legislation adopted by local governments. He is a member of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and a member of the Municipal Law Section of the Westchester County Bar Association.
